Return, refund and cancellation policies
For hard copy purchases: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please inform us by email at the address above within seven days of receipt and return the product to us within 14 days, and we will refund the full price of the purchase.
For online purchases: If you are unhappy with the service you receive from us please inform us by email at the address below, with the reason, within seven days of purchasing your online access. We will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame; after that and if the issue still is not resolved we will refund your payment and terminate your access.
We will not cancel or refund either a hard copy or an online access subscription after seven days of purchase.
The journal is printed on a quarterly basis, with hard copy issues being posted out four times a year in January, April, July and October. Exact date of posting differs with each issue but is generally around the middle of the month.
For additional purchases outside of these times we will endeavour to deliver your purchase as soon as possible after payment has been made. However due to the small number of journal staff, this is not always immediate. We will inform you if you are likely to need to wait longer than a week for your purchase to arrive.
