Further FAQs for subscribing institutions:
Is perpetual access guaranteed for journal subscriptions? (LOCKSS? Portico PCA? Other?)
No we are not able to offer this.
Which journal back issues are included beyond the years paid for, if any?
All back issues are included for all subscriptions. These are only available online.
How often will statistics be delivered and in what format?
We are able to deliver usage statistics at least annually, as an Excel document. We are happy to work with you if you wish to have these statistics more often, but please bear in mind we are a very small organisation with limited resources.
Are you COUNTER compliant?
At the moment we are not able to meet the demands to be COUNTER compliant due to the size and limited resources of the journal. However, we are happy to discuss with you how we manage our usage statistics.
Can contributing authors add papers to institutional repositories?
Yes, but only after a 12 month embargo. We prefer authors to use their own, final peer-reviewed copy
